Model, Mirror Maze

Installed 2016, Copeland Park, Peckham, London, UK

Mirror Maze began as a short film with an oval hole at its heart. As the film concluded, the audience walked through the hole and entered a glimmering world. Mirrored pathways terminated in refracting cul-de-sacs or opened onto spectrum-colored vistas. These interruptions evoked the sensation I had of being transported in time, place, and identity by the scent of a cupboard full of lavender.”
