Sculptures, Ideas to Forms

Presented 2020, BBC Culture in Quarantine Masterclass

“The BBC invited me to film a masterclass during the pandemic for their program Culture in Quarantine, encouraging creativity for those locked down at home. Using paper, scissors, and glue, I guided viewers through the process of translating an idea—through research, sketching, and making—into a series of forms. These resulting paper sculptures formed the basis of the Forest of Us installation that opened a year later in Miami.”
