Sophia Gebara

SOPHIA GEBARA is the Curatorial Assistant of Latino Design at Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. With a master’s in art history from Columbia University, her work explores colonialism, pre-Columbian art, and material culture. She also focuses on contemporary artists and designers who challenge and redefine perceptions of Indigeneity in the 21st century.
