Kenneth Gofigan Kuper

KENNETH GOFIGAN KUPER is an associate professor in the Political Science and Micronesian Studies program at the University of Guam’s Micronesian Area Research Center. He is also director of the Guam-based think tank Pacific Center for Island Security, which aims to provide an island perspective to geopolitics in the Pacific Islands.
